An Argentine friend of mine, Mariano, recently sold his car, quite his job, rented his apartment and got ride of all of his personal earthly belongings…got on an airplane with only a back pack and a bicycle flew to the southern most city in the world, Ushuaia in the provence of Tierra del Fuego, Argentina. And he started biking up the country….in the journey of a life time.
Under the constant pressure of his friends (this is going to start to sound weirdly familiar) he decided to start a blog about his journey…I mean NO ONE pressured me to start THIS blog. But of course he is busy biking (and honestly at this moment merely surviving, since it is below 0º there) and doesn´t have the time to be worrying about a blog…so I volunteered to maintain it for him. Does that also sound familiar to anyone? So I wanted to pass it on to everyone, even though it is in Spanish you can check it out…it contains my telltale maps, and will soon be well attached to picasa (whenever he sends me any pictures to up load!).

Right now he is on a two week trip into Torres del Paine in Chile, so there will be no updates for a while (unlike Jaybo he does NOT have a super spectacular phone that he can twitter me with constantly! We are much more basic and third world here!)…but check it out!
